Refund Policy
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of academic services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered if:
- Service has not been started
- We fail to deliver the agreed service
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued for:
- Journal rejection
- Change of mind after work has started
- Delays caused by journals or reviewers
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted based on the stage of work completed.
5. Cancellation
Clients may cancel before work begins for a full refund.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
7. Disputes
All disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
